  1. The Greenhouse that was built in Balzac in 1982 is now gone, but it was one of my favourite places to visit in the winter! To the south east of the garden centre there was a hidden, sunken garden that was a little treasure. I can’t find any info on the internet about who owned the Greenhouse but maybe the sunken garden is. If you look on Google Maps you can see what looks like a water feature between where the yellow buses are parked and Range Rd 10 (Balzac Blvd).

    Oh, yes! I completely forgot about the Balzac greenhouse which used to be here. I only have vague memories of driving by it, I don’t think I ever stopped and shopped there.
