Searching for the Grave of Ken Liddell

Two years ago I wrote a blog post about journalist and author Ken Liddell. Ken wrote a column for the Calgary Herald for twenty-five years which focused on the people and places of the prairie provinces, especially Alberta.

In today’s episode, I pay a visit to Queen’s Park Cemetery in Calgary to search for Ken’s final resting place and to pay my respects to the man who really showed the way for those of us who like to tell local stories.

Hi Cliff. No, I currently don’t own any of Ken’s books. I keep hoping to find one at a yard sale or used bookstore. It’s a game I play with myself as I feel finding one “in the wild” would make it all the more special.
