On Halloween 2021 we visited “Pumpkins After Dark” an artistic celebration of pumpkin carving. It marked the first time this event had come to Calgary. Since there was no point in publishing it after Halloween, I put the footage aside for almost a year before finally releasing it here for the first time.

The introduction to this video was recorded in November 2021. I expected to have this video go live on October 1, 2022 — just in time for Halloween. However, since the 2022 edition of Pumpkins After Dark was slated to open on the evening of September 22 at 8pm, I decided to change the publication date of this video to coincide with the opening of this year’s edition.
