The Saskatchewan Field Trial Club (AFTCA) used to have a pointing dog trial headquartered out of Ardath. I have been there several times for the trial and been in the curling ring and community hall. There was a yard in town that had a large collection of wooden wagon wheels. Did you see those when you visited? Enjoyed your photos of the other ghost towns that you featured.

I don’t recall seeing the yard full of wagon wheels, but it was a long time ago and the memory gets weak. šŸ˜‰ Ardath was a neat place; I loved the community centre.
